The product to use to improve shift quality.
Used this product in the C64 toyota gearbox fitted to a lotus elise. Definitely improves the shift quality that these 'boxes seem to suffer from,especially when cold. Excellent price at nearly half of a well known national parts supplier.

Excellent Gearbox Oil
Used this in my MX5 NB gearbox, which was getting very notchy shifting from 1st to 2nd to 3rd, and it has absolutely transformed it. All shifts are now silky smooth, and I can now drive the car again without having to fight the gearbox for nearly every gear change. Yes, the oil is expensive compared to the cheaper stuff around, but it's worth it for the benefit it has brought and, as it won't need to be changed again for another six years, it's cost per year is very acceptable.Used this in my MX5 NB gearbox, which was getting very notchy shifting from 1st to 2nd to 3rd, and it has absolutely transformed it. All shifts are now silky smooth, and I can now drive the car again without having to fight the gearbox for nearly every gear change. Manual gear box? This is the Gear Oil you need!
Red Line MT-90 is a very high quality gear oil. Well worth paying a little extra for. I'd recommend this for any manual gear box, regardless of what car you have.

Top quality gearbox oil. After draining the old oil in my MK2 MX5 and replacing with Redline MT90 the gearshifts were vastly improved on cold starts and also noticeably better when fully warmed up - feeling smoother, lighter and slicker. Highly recommended.
