Not sure who I end receiving feedback of being an abysmal buyer when it is obvious what has occurred - See the photo for the response received when made clear the item was not new. Not sure how you 'accidently' list as new and then the item happens to fall into the sealed bag with a 'New Item' label by chance. Take a look at the remaining pictures for the condition. Even used I would return it - it was unsavoury - look at the stains!
Seller to avoid at all costs is my advice.

While item not as advertised, listed as new, but had light use. i accept that but photos were clear, I have ocd and i am stating for record there were no stains. I suspect Seller said to add weight to favourable arbitration by ebay if asked to step in, i accepted return and it never got to that stage, luckily for him. See my previous dealings on ebay and extent of positive transactions. This person is unreasonable, first to complain, make of it what you will.
