It brings me no pleasure to have to submit this feedback, but I am not sure how to report this. After being a bit wary of the squashed tubes in the box and unsure if these two products were out of date. I contacted L'Oreal Consumer Advisory Service yesterday and after giving the numbers on the products. I was told the letter in the number denoted the product was issued in 2009 and that they should have been used within thirty months/2 1/2 years. So approx.15 years out of date ? !!!
