I bought this item as advertised . I recieved a parasol cover . Getting hold of the seller YOU CARN,T !! I asked them to send me the correct item that I,d ordered. They offered me a partial refund of 5.00 for something I never ordered or wanted. They never had the item I ordered to sell in the first place, why couldn,t it be sent if it exsisted? Asked ebay to step in and am going to report this seller to authorities for false advertising. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS. SCAMMERS !

The roof bars that were delivered were totally different to what was shown in the picture, I was expecting aluminium bars and was sent a completely different style. Not a major issue in itself, but when I contacted the seller they did not engage at all and I have had to wait a week for eBay to step in and agree to refund my money, which they did immediately. Would avoid this seller in future, this could have been resolved a lot sooner with their assistance.
