Firstly they said rug was out of stock, they wanted me to order a different one. I said I wanted a refund then they had new stock in and sent my original. This has a white mark on it and I said I wanted to return it for a refund. They sent me a Royal Mail label that was for a small parcel weighing up to 2kg. This rug is well over the size and weight for RM. The seller told me to wrap it up small. Although it came in a large roll. Eventually they offered partial refund. I’m £16 down and fed up.
