The item I ordered came in 3 days. When I received it pass all my expectations. Perhaps was described as used, I couldn't tell if it's new or used. The packaging. The seller shipped the printer in double box and filled up with corn penoplast pieces for super extra security. The AC power transformer was brand new in its original box, spare rolls of papers were brand new in shrink wrapped factory seal. I can appreciate endless for this great business. Definitly will recommend to everyone. Thanks.
