Royal Mail unfortunately lost the item whilst delivering through no fault of the seller. Davienglis was responsive the whole time and was speaking to Royal Mail daily to resolve it and kept me in the loop. The seller was happy to issue a refund without any problems. Would definitely buy from this seller again (maybe would just ask if sending via Royal Mail to use their Signed For service haha)

Very disappointed that this photograph was sent in just an ordinary envelope without any protection . It therefore obviously arrived very creased ( i realize it wasn't totally uncreased to begin with but it arrived a lot worse than the photo ) . It's a shame as it was so unnecessary , just a piece of cardboard or a stiff envelope would have prevented it . Packaging of items is very important and i'm afraid that scrimping on it will only lead to a lot of unhappy customers and bad feedback for you
