Great product and reasonable price but poor communication and high postage fees.
I contacted before I purchased to see if they would combine postage as it didn’t combine like I’ve seen other sellers do. For something so light the postage was already quite high. Seller didn’t reply to my message. But as I really needed to order the item I ordered anyway.
Would have expected at least a reply no, if not postage to have been refunded given my 2 items came in the same package.

This is very unfair feedback, the buyer has completely guessed the Royal Mail charges for postage and has got it completely Wrong and assumed that because the balloons are light then the parcel wd not cost very much! Unfortunately it doesn’t work like that & you still have to pay for a small parcel regardless of what’s in it. I never received any messages from the buyer! What I find unfair here is that you complained about postage costs but I have actually reduced them. Very unfair comment!!
