The packaging for this item was poor. The box obviously had part of the packaging missing. So the bus in the box was free to move about. The seller should have put some packaging inside the box to stop it moving. Also bubble wrap inside an eBay bag is insufficient protection. So the box got damaged in transit and the bus could have sustained damage. Other sellers put these heavy diecast models in a cardboard box for better protection.
