Despite arriving 2 days late due to something out of the seller's control, the seller was really helpful when I contacted them about what was happening and gave useful information. The product itself is in perfect condition looking exactly like the picture and came wrapped up neatly in tissue paper which I felt was really nice way of packaging it.

Amazing service…when the wrong tie arrived, the issue was immediately resolved and the correct tie arrived the following day. That is fantastic customer service. The ties from FT are really beautiful, lovely fabrics and designs..have purchased quite a few and all are admired. They’re very nicely packed too. Will be back for more.
