Unfortunately the Christmas tree was wider than anticipated as it was advertised as slim line. I contacted the company and asked if I could return it which they said I could although postage had to be paid by myself. The parcel was despatched back but it took longer to deliver to the address that had been supplied but arrived safely on the Friday before Christmas. Therefore my refund took slightly longer due to the holidays. However the overall service was satisfactory.

Ok for the money
The old adage " you get what you pay for" was never truer. This is an ok coat rank for under twenty pounds but it needs careful construction. You start by slotting the three legs into the lower part of the stand. My husband applied a little pressure to get these to slot in fully and a huge split in the wood was the result. Now he's a man in his seventies, not a 20 year old body builder! We had to fix the wood which had come away with super glue. It will also need painting, a fiddly job I'm not looking forward to.
