The Gaggenau Steam cooker that was bought to the Service station to give to me was a 270 series ie a cheaper model than the one advertised. It was not shiny as this picture shows, but, food stained and a poorer metal. The machine appeared older than the pictures in the advert. The seller said it had come with a kitchen he had bought and his wife didn't want this oven. If they were only selling one oven to sell how did they make a mistake in the details, as they claimed?

AVOID!!! After 7 days the seller has not yet despatched the item, blaming being too busy 🤷♂️ I've requested a refund but they are holding on to my money and ignoring my repeat request for a refund. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

No Idea what that's all about?? I paid on 3/4/24. Chased up on 10/4/24. Told item not sent as been busy. Given the option to have a refund and I said YES, PLEASE CANCEL THE ORDER AND REFUND. EBAY CAN SEE ALL OF OUR MESSAGES! Seller stopped all communication and is holding my funds AGAINST MY WILL! Ebay have been informed! AVOID THIS SELLER!!!!!!!!!
