Other than the directions being in Spanish the product was good, it looked to be brand new, had all its parts and arrived pretty fast. I downloaded the installation guide for the knob online in like .3 seconds and already have installed and am using the doorknob now....Great business, will definitely do business with them again should I need another door knob

This is a great product and relatively easy to install!!! This particular deadbolt came with the wrong set of keys or was re-keyed previously so being a "smart key" lock cylinder I was able to remove the tumbler and reset it manually to accept my original house key, problem solved and so far a great purchase!!!
