About this product

Product Information

Underground street racing popularized in movies such as The Fast and the Furious is the subject of Street Racing Syndicate, a game where players race tweaked-out sports cars across a variety of real-world locales -- all under the cover of darkness. Developer Eutechnyx, whose previous credits include 007 Racing, Test Drive Le Mans, and F1 World Grand Prix, attempts to involve players with the culture surrounding the illegal event, including the characters who seemingly risk everything in the name of speed, honor, and adrenaline.

  • Great Racing with An Adult Hitch...Women!

This game has pretty great game play as you can soar through the streets racing to gain a girls affection and interests. Beat street bosses to get the cash and take their women. Enter event races to gain money to use at the parts shop for upgrades. You have a pretty good amount of options and car makes / models to choose from. Win races and your girl dances for you in videos you can view. Real girls! The game starts easy and end hard! You have to be on top of your game to finish some of the very last races. Very challenging game, although not the exact content some people would like for their 9 yr. old.

  • SRS: Street Racing Syndicate

I saw Street Racing Syndicate and its not-so-good reviews and decide to try it out for myself. I think the game doesn't deserve too many of said reviews. It's interesting to play and has some cool features. Really, I think more developers need to follow SRS' lead and create games aimed at the import tuner market. Maybe then there would be less bad reviews. But for now, SRS is my game, simply because it provides an awesome import tuner experience. The game has lots of neat features including a very interesting upgrade path and a wide selection of cars (I think about 40) and parts. There's a career that is fun and lots of fast-paces races. The graphics are very nice, I love driving my cars simply because they look good. On the other hand, the game could have used more body kits per car ...

  • Worth buying and owning for a good price.

This game could have easily been, one of,if not the best arcade racers ever made(which is what I was looking for when I bought it).In fairness 3DO went under during its creation. What it lacks is progressive incentive to win,and opponents with individual character who drive you to want to defeat them.Aside from that it lacks nothing and includes extras found in no other racing game.NFSU2 got the goal of the makers of this game right-minus the extras. If only Panasonic would come back and finish polishing what they started, the arcade racing genre would do cartwheels.

  • O.K. game, dont buy it unless its for cheap!

The only reason I decided to buy this game is because it was cheap, $.99 (including shipping). There is a ton of customization options in the game, all of which are pretty realistic but the main complaint I have is the gameplay itself. The cars just dont seem to handle very well at all, maybe I'm just used to the Need For Speed series more but imo the driving part sucks. Still a good game for customizing though.

  • Not what i expected

knowing that this game was released couple years back i still gave it a try and hoped that i would like it however i was expecting something like need for speed underground 2 but i was wrong. its not where near need for speed underground 2. you just cant call this game a street racing game. i believe gaming industries needs to work and research on street racing games. they really need to get back on the gaming market because we really missing these types of game now days.
