Great super sharp fast telephoto lens.
This is a cracking lens, good magnification on a crop sensor Canon dslr and L quality. This is a Mark 2 lens and came it without the dedicated Canon lens hood which was a bit of a disappointment at this price as they cost about £40 to replace. I do have a spare 72mm lens hood anyway so it's not a problem. This is a great lens for portraits, candid street photography and nature / wildlife shots. The wide f2.8 aperture give a great out of focus depth of field "bokeh" effect. It is much more compact than the Canon L 70-200mm zoom and is a great addition to the camera bag.This is a cracking lens, good magnification on a crop sensor Canon dslr and L quality.
