Won pushchair in auction with no reserve and paid immediately. Seller responded after 3rd message to arrange collection refusing to accept auction result and demanded £150 extra to have pushchair. Reported to eBay for refund and seller issue raised for failure to comply with code of practise regarding auction outcome and asking for extra money outside of auction.

I did apolgise for the confusion and explain that £100 was the starting bid, for some reason the reserve of £250 hadn't set, I advised I was ideally looking at £350, as the pram was over £1k new, and selling for £100 would be £85 for me, which is unacceptably low for a limited edition Silver Cross full travel system. Buyer then said she would be happy not to take the travel seat which would be fairly pointless and £85 would still not be a reasonable amount to expect me to accept for the rest
