I mistakenly ordered a prop from johnsmith51. I thought it was free delivery. When I find out it was not, I tried to cancel the order. But Ebay just asked me to contact the buyer. I sent her a message request refund because I cannot collect it myself. But johnsmith51 just does not respond while Ebay doesn't care at all. I buy this in Ebay platform and should someone tell me what should I do? Go to customer affairs or what?
