Absolutely superb all round. I spent HOURS searching for a vanda off the 'right' seller, and am so glad I went with Ernesto. Within a day of purchase, he messaged to say my vanda was on its way, first class, with a heat pack. That was yesterday. I've just opened the huge box; the vanda was surrounded by layers of newspaper, is EXACTLY the one in the photos and is a healthy, mature plant. It even came with a plant passport. I will now only use Ernesto for future orchid purchases. THANK YOU!
