Based on the way it was packaged, item was definitely damaged before it was sent and the seller knew, as they placed the snapped part onto the main part for the photo! They offered £2.50 part-refund for an item which cost £15-20 on Ebay. Seller is a liar, rude and sarcastic, wish I had left negative feedback now, but I thought I would give them benefit of the doubt at the time. AVOID
