PAYMENTS
 
We accept the following payment methods:
• PayPal (Delivered to the address on your PayPal payment)
• Credit/Debit card over the phone (Delivered to your registered card address)
• Bank Transfer (Collected or delivered anywhere in the UK)
• In Person in our showroom (Collected or delivered anywhere in the UK)
 
Please either pay or contact us to arrange to pay within 48 hours of making a purchase. This includes clicking “Buy It Now”, accepting an offer or winning one of our auctions.
 
If you wish to collect your purchase please inform us 48 hours beforehand so we can ensure it is ready for you, and arrange to pay on collection.
 
DELIVERIES (Furniture and Large Items - UK Mainland ONLY)
 
Offered to all regions (UK mainland ONLY) & only to regions easily accessible via the main motorway network.
Your delivery may be performed by our own driver or by a reliable independent courier. All deliveries are one-man as standard. Delivery to your room of choice is offered at the driver’s discretion.
 
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that
• Someone is available to help unload and carry the purchase inside
• Payment is made for the delivery service if using a third party courier
• The purchased item will fit through the front door and there is good access to the building
• Somebody over the age of 18 is available to sign for your purchase
• We are informed of any issues with accessibility such as lifts, staircases, hallways etc
 
DELIVERIES (Small items)
 
If your item is small it will be delivered by Royal Mail
 
we may be able to offer you delivery on a specific day or before a particular date. Please contact us to check availability before purchasing if you need express or named day delivery.
 
Bulk Purchase Discount: If you’re buying more than one item we may be able to offer you an additional discount, please contact us before purchasing so we can work out a combined price.
 
RETURNS
 
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund excluding delivery costs if you change your mind about your purchase, and you don’t have to give us a reason. If you are returning your item we ask that you:
• Contact us directly and as soon as possible, within 14 days of receiving the item.
• Do not use the item, but return it in the same saleable condition as you received it
• Return the item in its’ original packaging
 
Our driver will personally inspect the item before loading, collect the item and leave you with a signed condition sheet so you have proof of collection. Your return will be checked once it reaches our depot and a refund will be issued within 14 days. Please make sure you don’t remove the labels, tags or dispose of the original packaging. We will only refuse a return if the item is soiled, used, not the correct item or missing our identification labels.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or our service for any reason please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do everything we can to help you. We aim to resolve any issues within 48 hours and have a track record of providing excellent, caring customer service, so it’s well worth getting in touch! Depending on the issue and timescale we may offer a repair, or a return for a full refund. Due to the nature of our business we are not always able to offer an exchange as many of our pieces are unique, but we will do so if a replacement is available.
