There is no iCloud/passcode/FMI on it so phone is fully working if you know how to fix it. It does have pressure damage on the LCD - my guess is the battery is a replacement (since it's 100% health) and has bloated (it was getting very warm on charge) - this is likely why the screen is lifted on one side also. The screen, frame and back are in in VERY good condition (no scratches).”

Great phone, not so great battery
Great phone and works as expected. The only problem is the battery isn’t that great. Got for my elderly mum, who is a total technophobe, to keep in touch with family/friends. She makes a random call and the battery dies. If not getting used, the battery is fully dead by end of day.
