After purchasing balls to the wrong address, the seller went out of their way to make sure they were posted the the correct address. They kept in contact and make sure that everything was received and on time. I couldn't speak any higher of the service and my dogs are delighted with their new balls. Would 100% purchase again and would highly recommend to anyone.

I confirmed with the seller, that I had accidentally sent the wrong feed back . The seller accepted that the item had got lost in the post and full refund was promptly sent. I apologised to the seller for my misunderstanding, due to being new to ebay.

Saw neg feedback had been left 6/3/24. Spoke to ebay as EMAILS cannot be sent between sellers/buyers. EBay confirmed I had received no messages from buyer so feedback back is shooting from the hip without attempting to sort with me or contacting EBay- new account so possibly inexperienced. Got a message from buyer yesterday. Parcel tracking show no movement since 15/12/23 (delivery is out of sellers control) so have refunded.
