Item is as described but disappointed in the lack of timely communication and follow up following immediate payment. The tracking number provided was incorrect. The correct tracking number was only shared 6 days after being posted. In the meanwhile the item had not moved at all in the delivery cycle. I had to raise an enquiry with Australia post after which it was picked up and delivered 2 weeks after payment was made. This could have been avoided with timely communication and follow up.
