I put a bit in the Seller’s Note to request the specific colour I wanted to buy. Instead of responding saying:”i am only selling ONE colour, do you want to proceed with this sale?” Instead she ignored the note and sent the only colour she had. I mix up on my side. But I presumed since she showed a photo of ALL colours that she sold all.Reply from: poshdeal- Feedback replied to by seller poshdeal.- Feedback replied to by seller poshdeal.As everyone CAN SEE even here item description is RICH, item is RICH shade and we sent correct item. Buyer demanded another shade as FREE, we explained to buyer if you are buying SAMSUNG phone you can't request IPHONE, you will get what you bought. After that buyer become aggressive and request refund!! Without returning item you CAN'T get refund. We're waiting our item back and buyer will be refunded.
