My purchase was on 11/7, communication was great in the beginning, however once the label was made nothing else happened on the shipping or tracking from the 10th until the 20th . I became aggravated but honestly I do not believe it was due to his error or negligence. He followed through, found out what was going on & it arrived 11/22 as he stated. He also offered to give me a partial refund due to the inconvenience. Thanks for your patience. She is so happy 👍. I will shop again soon!
