I ordered some baby ear defenders for my 5 month old baby. I received them in good time however when they arrived, the box was unsealed and damaged and a different colour to the description. I tried to contact the seller to arrange a return given they were not as described. However I was told by the seller that I had caused the damage on the box and had used the product. This was 100% not the case- I only received the product 30 mins to an hour before I contacted the seller. Avoid this seller

Buyer open the item and used it also took picture of item on their carpet. ( item was on carpet not in the box.)
If the issue was item colour, item package has clear view area to see all item in the box.
Item shouldn't be opened and damaged it's box. If box arrived damaged ( which clearly is not) why using item and not requesting return?
