i bought the lock with a 5 day delivery timescale.
after i already paid i asked the seller if he can send it quicker as my lock was brocken on my front door.
he agreed to send it next day which he did.
i received the new lock and it did not work. once he determined that it was faulty he immediately offered to replace it free of charge without even waiting for me to send back the old one.
