Packed very well in a big box with the screen wrapped in bubble wrap and the stand separated. I was expecting a Lenovo monitor but received a much higher spec HP monitor. I haven't tried out the HDMI port with a fire stick to see if has sound or if the grills are ventilation only but it works very well with my CCTV giving a vibrant clear picture. I'm very happy with the purchase.
