    Safe and reliable.

    I have used Spatone on and off for years since I have a very adverse reaction to prescribed ferrous sulphate. Spatone is very gentle on the stomach, no impact at all, comes from a natural source and easy to take. I would say it takes about a week to kick in. Spatone is also a reasonable price compared to some of the other natural non reactive liquid iron supplements available.

    Great for Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) sufferers!

    This is a wonderful product for people like me that have IBD. I nearly always have low iron and iron supplements can make my condition worse. I take two sachets in a smoothie every morning to bring my iron levels up without any repercussions, which means I don't need to go for an iron infusion - slow but steady, brilliant stuff, excellent price.

    Really changed my life.

    Was changed to this form of iron after an operation. Its great. Mixed with a little fruit juice there is no taste and none of the nasty side effects of Ferrous Fumerate iron tablets. Well worth the money!

    Solved a problem

    I had a low iron count on a blood test and taking normal iron tablets made me sick, then i found this i take one every morning in a glass of fresh orange and it doesn’t make me sick. Would recommend these to everybody
