When I first got this refurbished HP c310A printer a few weeks ago, it worked fine, but now it is not. I have installed brand new HP ink cartridges and the ink level on the printer says it is full, but the print quality is very light and shadowy. Sorry I purchased this lemon.

It prints good quality color and black and white, but uses the ink cartridges up faster than I would like. I have a business and use it mainly for scanning and printing black and white docs in order to save the ink on my laser printer for high speed graphics printing. Would buy another one if I needed one to print black and white docs again. Have trouble with the fax part of the printer, but maybe that is just me.
I was looking for a printer that i could use to print from my iphone. I did some research and decided i wanted to go with a HP printer. I bought it as i said to have a printer to use when i wanted to print a picture out from my phone but it has gotten a lot more use than that. I am a general contractor and i now have the printer in my office. I actually bought three of them when i bought mine, i ended up with the one in my office, one at home, and after some coaxing my mother ended up with the third one at her house. All three work great, are you going to be able to sit down and print 5,000 flyers in an hour? No, but if you're going to be doing that you should probably pay a little more than $100 for a printer.
I bought this printer to upgrade from a previous model. It has many great options and features such as wireless printing, it own "app" store, an sd card slot, web surfing abilities, separate photo paper and regular paper trays and many more. Along with all these great features comes some maintenance just like a car. You must make sure that the print head and cartridges are clean and aligned which take a bit of time to do. The ink for this printer isn't cheap as well. If you are looking for a printer that can do it all this is the way to go. You can scan, copy, print, print photos and even print photos from any where you have service on you smart phone thanks to the hp e-print app. Simply e-mail a photo or word document from your phone to the designated address for the printer and off it goes waiting for you to get home. Once again HP and there touch smart brand have taken it to the next level and surpassed anything out there. Hopefully this was helpful for anyone looking at purchasing this product. I know I am very pleased with this printer. Thank YouRead full review
The printing and scanning are unmatched for an all-in-one. Add to that the price range of this item, and you have a winner. I would like to give it 5 stars, but I just can't do that to an HP product. They make great printers, but the software is bloated, counterintuitive and lame, that I can't give that fifth star. Network setup was flawless on one of my computers. On the other, I had to manually enter the IP address of the printer to get it to work (Mac version)
This is one of the best HP printers made. Not only print quality, but for sight deficient people, the scanning has one of the largest scan screens out there for cropping.

I may be the wrong person to write a review about an HP Photosmart Premium C310A All-in-One Inkjet Printer as I had one go bad on me and this purchase was of a refurbished C310A. The price was excellent. Actually I loved my original printer until it decided it didn't want to print black. I have done a lot of both black and color since getting my refurbished replacement and it has done everything I have asked it to, including wireless ePrinting. I think, for the price, it is one of the best printers on the market.
Excellent printer it was easy to setup and a breeze to print right from my phone, tablet, or pc. I particularly liked the fact that it has a separate tray for picture paper and that when you scan documents and pictures you can send them to your email, pc, etc....
