The seller said it was 5 years old approximately but on checking it’s number, it is 10 years old. I reported this to the seller and had a response after 2 contacts over 4 days giving seller a chance to comment.I have now received an apology. I was again informed that he didn’t know the age and had guessed 5 years old. As a regular seller, he could have checked the number and given the correct age.On the plus side, it arrived promptly,was packaged well and has a new battery.

Buyer buys a 2nd hand item at quite a considerable discount compared to buying new, item is in perfect working order, buyer knew what they where buying and as such entered a legally binding contract yet is still not happy - in future i would suggest going direct to Apple where you can buy new or refurbished.
