First time ebay user and very glad it was with this seller! Rochelle was very responsive, and patient, with all of my questions and immediately fixed an issue with shipping charge when there was an issue with the ebay ordering process that created two orders for something that should have been a qty of two on one order. A minor issue, but Rochelle fixed it immediately. I was also concerned about shipping since product is glass, but it was excellently packaged with multiple layers of protection!!
