The images hid the defects, I asked for a refund and only offered a partial 25% refund. The hat is comepletely battered and it’s shameful to sell it on Ebay as having minor marks (see images attached). The reason for a partial refund was because it was a ‘rare item’ yet it’s not work anything if it looks fit for the bin.
