i am not into leaving bad feedback but, i got charged import duties two times,once thru the ebay system, that claims you prepay shipping / and, duty - customs etc; and; a 2nd time at the door ? the parcel was crushed- and; the light compact was broken; i managed to salvage it; and; put it into another container - so; it is broken but useable - i did give you 20 stars - 5 stars x 4 category - but; would like to know how to get ebay to refund the double duty ? or; do i need to do that thru the po?
