    Watch turned up with strap broken in 5 place, seller tried to blame postage, but there wasn’t a mark on the packaging, the strap was brittle and breaks easily, I really like the watch,so ordered another strap for £13, asked if the seller would refund me and he’s having none of it!!

    the buyer was offered a full refund from the start but chose not to return the item. despite my continued insistence to return the item for a full refund they chose to purchase a replacement strap without my agreement. sellers have a right to request the return of an item a buyer questions. ill ask ebay to review the feedback left by the buyer once they have looked at the communication between the buyer and myself. id have added screen prints of the messages if there was facility to do so.
