Although received in November this was my Christmas present so the box was not opened until Christmas Day! I was very pleasantly surprised to find a letter enclosed to say that the machine I had ordered was infact out of stock, so they had sent me a free upgrade to their more expensive and more powerful PPA model" Thank you SO much. Very impressed with the speedy service AND their communication. The machine works perfectly & I am now driving my neighbours mad! (ha ha) Would highly recommend :)
