Robbed on Ebay by a seller with 100% feedback who exploited a less known Ebay
rule which means buyer must report non receipt of goods within 30 days of expected shipping date. I did
not know this rule so Ebay will do nothing to return my money from seller.
The fact that the seller can take money and not supply the goods & Ebay is powerless is tragic but thats the rule
that buyers need to be aware of. Negative Feedback & Ebay Seller reports should over time
help remove this seller from Ebay.

This is the first I have heard about you not receiving the goods, 6 months after we agreed that there was no rush to send them. If you remember it was Christmas time and we also agreed to send the goods on a Friday in order to avoid any breakages, your request. You insisted that I sent the goods through a supplier other than Ebay approved ones like Evri so I used DHL who insist that the packages were delivered.
