Unfortunately This item I arrived in poor condition the box was severely damaged perhaps in the post
I took it into Elemis for advice they believed it was not a genuine product
I was offered a refund but the postage had already cost me almost £5 and to pay £5 to return did not seem very fair to me

When you contacted me I apologise for how it was delivered via Royal Mail. The item was in a padded jiffy envelope. I offered you a refund but you didn’t want to pay the postage for returning it to me. You contacted me again to say the item maybe a fake. I asked you check my feedback on my other items I’ve sold because I’ve not sold a fake item before. Again I offered you a refund but did say that item you need to be returned to me but you wouldn’t pay the postage.
