I have had scalp psoriasis for over 15 years and often get get flare-ups despite using a prescribed scalp application lotion regularly. I have tried other medicated shampoos which didn't work and the smell was awful, predominantly coal tar. This product is totally fragrance-free, lathers well, doesn't appear to affect dyed hair colour and a little goes a long way. The only slight negative is that it does tend to dry the hair but the pros far outweigh the cons.
