They had a way to verify by counting the remaining yardage but refused. Also it took days longer to arrive. I live remote so am unable to have a cell phone and could not send photos. Despite no proof, I accepted the return and gave a full refund including shipping, even though my policy excludes shipping reimbursement. I never accused her of lying—just followed proper procedure. I work hard to treat buyers fairly and honestly.
