    Item was packaged well. Seller responded quickly and was responsive. International shipping issues outside of their control led to delayed arrival but they did their best to figure out why. Mishandling by carrier somewhere along the way damaged the record upon arrival. All beyond seller's control - would definitely shop from them again but perhaps say an extra prayer when shipping across the pond.
