    Very slow postage, little comms. Delivered in an envelope without any protection of the chip, was wet inside so having to try and dry it out. Having brought from the other company selling similar I donโ€™t think i would buy from these guys again.

    Hi, sorry you have had an issue. All of our post is sent 48hr tracked so that bit is out of our hands. If you had simply contacted us regarding your issue we would of sent a full replacement. Obviously we did not send it out wet, and no protection require these are very robust. We assume because we have never heard from you that the product is working fine. Any problems just give us a call or message
