Not only did the item look superficially in better quality than the photos I saw on Ebay, it seem to have much less in the way of everyday use scratches than the photos implied…. Before the item arrived I had a few questions over the weekend about transferring to a new laptop and the installed operating system etc. and TakeTechShop answered all my questions very quickly whilst out of their normal business hours. Finally, it was real value for the money I paid.
