    Tape player with great features

    Have some very old tapes and when listening to playback the sound was perfect reproduction even with cassettes that were a little worn and squeaky, the trim helped to bring the best out of the speed of the tape. The unit is well made and comes with remote for those lazy moments :) . Yet to try out the digital transfer to pc as there is no D to usb connector, Still this is a very good buy and now I have pre-recorded cassettes to enjoy listening to in CD quality. The big plus is that the player has not once chewed a cassette and this to me is one operation of this machine that i like a lot. Again a very well made and trustworthy player.

    The best (albeit almost the only) cassette deck still being made

    Better recording/playback quality than expected. No noticeable tape hiss using Type II (Chrome) tapes. One benefit is that the tape mechanisms are identical, so just one can be used and if that wears out or fails the other one can be used instead.
