      Seller shipped the wrong product and it was not as it was described on the listing. The pair of gloves was the wrong print and color. When I messaged the seller and provided proof that the upc code on the tag did not match the product listed AND i provided photos that showed a clear discrepancy in the color/pattern, they refused to either exchange for the correct product or refund. Extremely disappointing that the seller would handle an issue this way when I was very reasonable in my message

      ABUSIVE BUYER, THIS PERSON ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE OF GLOVES AND THEN REQUESTED A RETURN, SINCE I CAN NOT TAKE RETURNS AS I ALREADY GAVE FREE SHIPPING, THIS BUYER THEN MADE UP ANOTHER FALSE REASON FOR TRYING TO RETUEN ITEM SAYING IT WAS ANOTHER COLOR AND THAT IS FALSE. THIS BUYER HAS ONLY 1 SCORE, THIS BUYER IS MAKING FRAUDULENT CLAIMS AND I WOULD NOT BE MAKING BUSINESS WITH THIS BUYER, AS EBAY ALREADY CLOSED THIS CASE FOR ERROR OF BUYER ORDEREING WRONG SIZE ON THEIR PART AND NOW MAKES EXCUSE.
