    I bought a rare embroidery kit from the seller for a nice price, I was very happy, it was my dream. The seller promptly provided a tracking number, but the goods (according to the system) were never sent. I waited two weeks for the goods to be sent. I contacted the carrier, they did not receive the goods. The seller made no effort to find the item. The seller returned the money immediately, as soon as I opened a claim.

    This item was posted the same day as purchase. I refunded the buyer after they messaged, and checking the tracking number wasn't registering the item so I feel that this feedback is unfair. The carrier didn't register the tracking of the item, which is not my fault - the buyer received an immediate full refund, whereas I've lost the sale, and the item.
