Thanks for visiting! I love RC cars and 3D Printing, so these two combined into SleekRC (rebranded 2022). I use different Filaments and Resin plastics for my 3D printing along with high powered laser ...

Hi, I bought 2 bumpers in Jan. After filing 1/16" off the upper tab and slightly increasing the diameter of the 2 mounting holes, I installed the first bumper. The bumper makes the Losi Micro-B bulletproof. I made a 40'x20' race track barrier system on the office carpet at church out of 3/4" PVC and have been racing and crashing hard repeatedly. Today, when I started to modify and install the 2nd bumper on my second car, I found the upper tab was broken. I'd like to get a free replacement.

The new version takes car of the upper plate issue by making it a two part bumper and the small upper plate now screws on. Just as a reminder to everyone the bumpers are tested on RCP foam tracks, so hard surfaces such as concrete, wood, tile, PVC, etc. aren't in scope for strength. They are not indestructible. Thank you for your support of small business!

The filament choice is too stiff... Only survived a few laps before breaking edges off. Not experienced drivers... The cars durability was far greater than the bumpers.. Also the fitment of the top piece interferes with the steering. It had to be sanded down.

As expected, it broke fairly quickly. 3d printed parts don't really flex, they break. Can't be too upset because it was relatively cheap, shipping was as much as the bumper however.... The mounting portion on the bottom of the bumper is also quite thick, which makes the front suspension travel HALF of what it would be without the bumper. I consider this a lesson learned and will just keep the micro-B in stock form.
