      Worth Every Penny!!

      Nagaoka has always made in my opinion the best cartridges in the business! I had the MP-110 for years and quite frankly never considered moving up because I just didn't think my music could sound any better. Well one night night I took the plunge and although the MP-110 in my opinion is still the best cartridge for the money there is significant improvement in both clarity, bass and background noise with the MP-200. If you can afford it and truly want magnificent sound that gives you that WOW feeling that the musicians are right there in the room with you then you should order this cartridge today. If you have the MP-110 cartridge you can just order the JN-P200 Diamond Stylus it will fit right into the 110 shell, I tested the MP-200 with the 110 shell and the compatible 200 shell that it ...

      as a replacement for an older NAG JN NP200. I love the full warm and deep sound of this model. Have the NAG 500 as well which is spacier and even more telling, but the NAG 200 has my preference overall. creamy bass, the middle and high frequencies so well placed. TOP!

      Nagaoka 200

      Fantastic sounding stylus, I previously was using a mp110 which shares the same cartridge body as the mp 200 so just brought the stylus and it slipped straight on the 110 body, the 110 was a replacement for a ortofon 2m blue even though it was a lot cheaper, in comparison to the blue the mp wasn't as detailed but more enjoyable to listen to as it has more of a traditional analog/warm side to it and not overly bright and criticallike the 2m blue can be, on swapping to the 200 cart I now have the best of two worlds, the detail of the 2m blue and the involving signature warmth of the nagaoka

      Subtle but worthwhile improvement

      I am using this a a replacement/ upgrade for a MP11 Boron. Straight from the box it sounds sweeter and more refined than its predecessor (probably showing signs of age) Hopefully after the designated 30hrs bed in time it will be even better. Price and delivery from Japan were excellent.

      Wonderful Stylus

      I had a Naga MP-150 and bent the needle. Friend of mine suggested to get the MP-200 stylus because the bodies are the same. Wonderful suggestion. Played amazing right out of the box and has not even broken in yet. Highly recommended upgrade or stylus change.
