    Rude seller, I'd had no postage update since the item had been dispatched, waited maybe two weeks. Turned out the delivery people had delivered it to the building next door which isn't the sellers fault but I reasonably contacted the seller stating I hadn't received the item (the delivery status was still on dispatched and not delivered) and was responded to with a passive aggressive message.

    As you started a case without contacting me first, I immediately investigated the tracking details of the item. The tracking evidence showed, with photographic evidence, the item had been delivered, and within the given time frame. You then started a case stating that you had not received the item. I was absolutely shocked as the evidence clearly showed that the item was delivered to the address you supplied. I then wrote to you, to inform you of this and that you needed to close the case.
