I managed to negotiate a discount and my complaints were acknowledged and handled professionally, the only reason this isn’t a negative review. As this machinery has been used I can never be 100% confident it has been cared for properly so in the end it is quite disappointing as a generator must work when required. I would not shop here again. Caveat emptor.

But it took 7 days and the postage stamp said that it was posted 2 days before. So the seller waited 5 days before posting. On a positive note the welder was as described and packed well.

He sent a good and fair response and I didn't want to send back. Im a bit handy, it just had a rubbish spark plug in it . Now going well . Im sure the guy would have been fine, if you lived local you would have owed me pint for sorting this problem that neither of us created .LOL
